Film producer, BN Sathyanarayana has sent a legal notice to the makers of the reality show alleging that audience have been cheated because the number of audience votes polled by each contestant was not revealed.
The notice dated 1st July has been sent through an advocate. The notice says that the host Kiccha Sudeep used to announce that the elimination process was conducted by considering the opinion of viewers through SMS and the opinion of Bigg Boss, whose identity was unknown to the viewers.
Sathyanarayana says the viewers are disappointed as the show failed to disclose the process of selection of contestants for elimination, the finale and the winner. The notice demands that the channel should reveal how many audience votes each participant got and how the winner was selected. Was it by judges, management of the channel, crew of Bigg Boss, SMS of audience or by Sudeep, asks the notice.
