Fahad Fazil is geared up for his next film titled North 24 Kaatham. With an unusual title, the movie has already attaracted the audience. Directed by debutante Anil Radhakrishna Menon, the movie is a journey of '24 Kaatham'. One Kaatham is sixteen kilometers. So the movie elaborates a story that has a journey of 384 kilometers of travelling. Fahad Fazil, Nedumudi Venu and Swathi Reddy are playing the central characters in the film. Harikrishnan, an IT professional, Gopalettan who is a communist and a social worker Narayani are the passengers in a train. They do not know each other and has their own destiny. But fate make all the three to get down at the same station. There they come to know each other and unite to work for a unique goal to help one among them. They travel together and face situations that they have never faced in their life. This is the plot of the story. Fahad Fazil plays the role of Harikrishnan, Nedumudi as Gopalettan and Swathi is seen as Narayani. The director himself has scripted the film under the banner of E for Entertainment. Jayesh Nair has wielded the camera for the film. Rafeeq Ahmed has penned the lyrics and the music is composed by Govind Menon. Other cast includes Mukundan, Thalaivasal Vijay, Chemban Vinod Jose, Premji Amaran, Sreenath Bhasi, Sudhi Kopa, Geetha, are seen in supporting roles. The shooting of the film is progressing at Palakkad.
