Right from the time it was announced that Priyadarshan will be teaming up with Mohanlal in Geethanjali, many names have been doing the rounds as to who will be the heroine in the film.
While it is being said that yesteryear actress Menaka and film producer Suresh Kumar's daughter Keerthi would be making her debut as one of the leading ladies in the film, sources say the role may also go to Mamta Mohandas.
Lakshmi Rai, Sobhana and even Vidya Balan's names were doing the rounds, but sources confirm that Mamta reportedly said that she is not part of the Geetanjali cast.
