The grapevine is that a couple of months ago, Harshvardhan Rane reportedly got a call from Sekhar Kammula's office to audition for a role in the filmmaker's Telugu remake of Vidya Balan's Kahaani.
Sources say the actor is now paired opposite the leading lady in the film. He is reportedly excited to be paired opposite a superstar like Nayanthara.
Sources say Sekhar Kammula has changed things up quite a bit and add that the film is in the final stage of shooting, and is scheduled to release in Telugu and Tamil simultaneously during Dusshera.
