Shivaraj Kumar has tried to put an end to the rumours, which claimed that he has a rift with Sudeep and Darshan. The Kannada actor has said that they are good friends, and the speculation has surprised him. In the recent years, there were rumours that Sandalwood was a divided house (Raj family on one side and Sudeep-Darshan lead group on the other side). Especially, some of the quotes made by all three actors in different context were viewed in the same perspective. However, Shivaraj Kumar denied the rumours on a chat show. When the anchor of the show asked him about the same, he said that he is not aware of any fractions in this regard and Sudeep-Darshan are good friends to him. He said, "They speak to me very well whenever I meet them. Recently, I met Darshan on the sets of his forthcoming movie and we bonded well. I know him since my childhood days and his father was a close friend of our family. Even I know Sudeep from many years."
